Policies & Procedures Agreement

This Agreement outlines the policies and procedures for participation in the Perceptions to Possibilities program offered by Dr. Heide Nielsen, Autoimmune Specialist, Doctor of Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine. By enrolling in this Program, you “the Participant” agree to the following terms:

1. Program Materials

• All course content, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, workbooks, worksheets, coaching materials, and other resources (“Materials”), are for your personal use only.
• You may not share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any portion of the Materials without prior written consent from the Company.

2. Coaching & Support

• The Program may include group and/or individual coaching sessions.
• Coaching is intended for educational and supportive purposes only and is not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

3. Confidentiality

• Both Participant and Company agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal information shared within the Program.
• Participant agrees not to disclose, share, or use any information from other participants outside of the Program.

4. Social Media & Community Guidelines

• Participants are welcome to share their personal experiences and insights from the Program on social media; however, they may not share or post any Program Materials (videos, worksheets, or proprietary content) publicly without prior written consent.
• Respecting privacy is essential. Participant agrees not to post, screenshot, or share personal information or comments from other participants without their explicit permission.
• If the Program includes a private online community (such as a Facebook group, online forum, or app), Participant agrees to contribute respectfully, maintain confidentiality, and uphold a supportive environment free from harassment, judgment, or negativity.

5. Good Faith Participation

• The Program is founded on mutual respect, honesty, and integrity.
• Participant agrees to engage in good faith, take personal responsibility for their progress, and communicate openly with the Company if challenges arise.

6. No Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital materials and immediate access upon enrollment, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• By enrolling, Participant acknowledges and accepts this no-refund policy.

7. Technology & Access

• Participant is responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary technology (internet, devices, software) to participate in the Program.
• The Company is not responsible for Participant’s inability to access the Program due to technical issues outside the Company’s control.

8. Breach of Agreement

• Failure to follow this Agreement, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of Materials, breach of confidentiality, or misuse of the online community/social media, will be considered a breach of contract.
• In such cases, the Company reserves the right to terminate Participant’s access to the Program without refund.

9. Disclaimer

• The Program is for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
• Participant is responsible for their own well-being and agrees to seek professional advice when necessary.

10. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the Program, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
